These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. By submitting your entry to this competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entries submitted with incomplete information shall be deemed invalid entries.

Eligibility

1. This competition is open to all people, globally. Employees and their immediate families of Bluelab, its agents, or anyone professionally connected to this promotion are not permitted to enter.
2. The organiser will not accept responsibility for any entries that are not received or any entries or files that are corrupt, damaged, lost or inaccessible.
3. Only 1 entry per person will be considered, regardless of the number of posts made during the Promotional Period.

How to enter

To enter this competition you must:

1. Complete the pH meter survey
2. Participants’ entries will be deemed invalid if any survey response contains -
   1. Defamatory, malicious, indecent or other inappropriate content;
   2. In the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, causes any widespread or serious offence

Prize

1. The prize will include: One Bluelab Combo Meter Plus, including one Bluelab pH Probe.
2. No part of the prize is refundable and the prize cannot be transferred.

Winner Selection and Notification

1. 1 x winner will be chosen at random from Facebook or Instagram on the 26 February 2021.
2. The winners will be notified by Private Message on Facebook or Instagram. The winner will need to confirm acceptance of the prize via Facebook/Instagram messages within 5 days of notification to receive the prize. If the winner does not accept the prize in 5 days, the promoter will select a new winner. The winner will need to confirm their postal address to Bluelab.

General

1. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects the operation of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this competition at any time with no liability to any entrant or any third party.
