We are implementing capacity upgrades to Edenic today between 10:30am and 2:30pm NZT.
During this time, customers may experience intermittent disruptions, including:

These upgrades are part of our ongoing work to improve platform stability and performance as Edenic continues to grow.

We’re currently experiencing intermittent connectivity issues affecting some devices. Our team is actively working to restore service, and recovery is underway.
As connections are brought back in stages, some devices may temporarily appear online and offline, which may result in more frequent notifications. Customers may also experience intermittent access to telemetry and limited control during this time.
We appreciate your patience and will continue to share updates as service is restored.

Edenic has grown significantly over the past three years. As we continue scaling the platform, some customers may occasionally experience issues such as:
- Edenic fails to load or has difficulty logging in
- Devices appear offline
- Multiple disconnection notifications as devices come online again
Our team is actively working to improve stability and reliability, and updates continue to roll out. During this period, some intermittent behaviour may still occur while improvements are deployed.

Devices are back online again. Please note that Connect users will be missing data in Edenic from when the service was down, but Connect Desktop will still have recorded the data in a log file on the pc it is running on. Wi-Fi device user may notice some missing points but not to the extent of Connect devices.
If customers are still seeing their devices as offline, ask them to perform these steps:
- Turn data off and on on the device OR
- Power cycle the device OR
- Re-onboard
If using Connect:
- Log out of Connect Desktop and back in
- Restart Connect Desktop

An unexpected issue occurred overnight where Edenic Services were down, causing devices to enter a disconnected state. This is being worked on and devices should come online once resolved.
Ongoing Intermittent Login issue. Due to high demand, some users may experience slow login or login failure. The team is currently working on the issue to improve the login experience.

All new Edenic accounts that were affected by the loading screen after login have now been restored.

New accounts created after 3:00 p.m. on January 7, 2026 NZT should now be functioning across all platforms as expected.
Accounts created between December 22, 2025 and January 7, 2026, are still affected, and a resolution to fix these accounts is being worked on.
Intermittent slow login is still an ongoing issue.

We have been experiencing some issues with the Edenic app login function. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
For current Edenic users, login can be a bit slow and require a couple of attempts. Please note that it may take a bit longer to log in due to offline sync.
For some new users login doesn't appear to be working. We are currently investigating this and are committed to getting this sorted.
