We're constantly improving Edenic
Edenic can experience unexpected issues when we implement important updates so we've created this page to show how we're tracking.

Update 14
We have pushed an update to Edenic to fix some issues with onboarding Bluelab Wi-Fi devices and IntelliLinks. Edenic version 1.14.10 is now available in the respective app stores.

Update 13
Edenic continues to be stable. If any issues continue, please complete the following steps:
- Make sure Edenic has been updated to the latest version 1.14.9
- Select Logout, then close the app and restart (swipe away)
- If using Android clear the cache and storage
- If using iOS try uninstalling and reinstalling.

Update 12: Service Restored
We’re pleased to confirm that Edenic is now back up and running. The recent outage has been resolved, and important maintenance has been completed to improve the platform’s security and performance.
We sincerely apologise for the prolonged downtime and appreciate your patience while we worked through the issue.
If you notice any devices still not coming back online, please let us know. In some cases, you may need to re-log into Connect Desktop or power cycle your IntelliLink device to bring it back online.

Update 11
The planned Edenic update did not go as expected, and the system is currently experiencing issues. Some devices may appear offline, or appear online but not accept setting changes. In some cases, the “last updated” timestamp for online devices may not be current. There may also be some loss of telemetry data during this time.
Please note that scheduled automations will not be applied, and devices will continue to operate according to their current settings until full functionality is restored.
Our team is investigating the issue and working to resolve it as quickly as possible. Further updates will be provided as progress is made.

Update 10: Planned Maintenance Notice
We’ll be performing a short maintenance update on Edenic today at 1:00 PM NZT, lasting approximately 30 minutes. During this time, Edenic will be temporarily unavailable. Please note that telemetry data may not be captured, and scheduled actions will not run during this window.
This maintenance is part of our ongoing efforts to improve system performance and reliability. Thanks for your patience while we make Edenic even better!

Update 9
Edenic experienced issues overnight with a 3rd party tool, this may have affected customers from 3am-9am NZ time 6th October.
Users may have received disconnected alarms, seen Err3 on their Wi-Fi devices or found data and devices settings unavailable.
Apologies for any stress this may have caused. Edenic is now back up and running and the team will continue to monitor this.
Important: If you've updated your app, log out, then clear the app and its data (if available). On the web, log out and refresh the page.
Waiting 1–2 minutes on the loading page can also help.

Update 8
Edenic is currently intermittent for some users while we work on fixes. If you have any issues logging in, we suggest refreshing your browser and/or app. Please get in touch if you need further assistance.

You'll be pleased to know the Edenic API has been restored, and you should now be able to use the full features of the app and API as normal. 👏

Update 6
Adding a device is up and running again! 👏
Some people may find it takes a little bit more time to find the device, however if you wait a little longer it should show.
If you are unable to access the login screen please submit a support ticket with the email address used to sign up to Edenic.
Update 5
All Edenic services are currently operational except for Device add - not currently operational and API - not currently operational.
We're making great progress and getting much closer to a fix. Thanks for your patience.
Update 4
We've got another update on Edenic for you, and this one is much more positive! For those that have been experiencing log in issues, we have managed to start to get services back up and running while we continue to diagnose the deeper root cause.
Notable services that may not be working as expected are the API and adding devices. Again, we understand how important Edenic is to you and are working hard to get you back up and running as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience and kindness as we get these operational.
As a last note, for our US customers both in the US and abroad, we hope you've had an awesome 4th of July!
Update 3
We're still working hard and have managed to diagnose and implement changes which has allowed us to have some limited wins however the system is still intermittent. You may find you can login and refreshing once may help. We are continuing to hunt for a robust fix and once again we apologise for this disruption.
Update 2
Your Bluelab Wi-Fi, Bluelab Connect and IntelliDose devices will continue to send data to Edenic, and the OnePen and Pulse will store any measurements taken during this time.
All data will be available in your history once we’re back up and running. Your devices will also continue to operate as per normal, and any setting changes can be done on the device.
