Q: Who will I be speaking with?
A: You'll be speaking to a member of Bluelab's in-house team of technical specialists. This person will likely be allocated to you depending on where you are currently based geographically, which you would select from the territory list in the form on this page. This will ensure that you get all the location-based advice that you need, as well as information on suppliers in your area.
Q: Will I be expected to make a purchase?
A: No. This one-on-one virtual consultation is provided free of charge and there is no expectation to make a purchase of any kind. Instead, this is an opportunity to get expert advice from our in-house team about your unique growing setup and crops.
Q: Should I prepare for this session?
A: No preparation is needed for your one-on-one virtual consultation, but you will get more out of the session if you come prepared with the specific questions you'd like to address. It would also be useful to have all the technical specifications of your growing setup and crops on hand so that the content of the consultation can be tailored to you.
In addition, to be able to join this virtual consultation, you will need to have a device with both camera and microphone abilities, as well as a connection to the Internet. Compatible devices can include your laptop, tablet or smartphone.
